Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

We currently only ship within the United States (if applicable — update if you offer international shipping).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Looks by Chyna Emani is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is scanned by the shipping carrier, Looks by Chyna Emani is no longer responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email Looksbyychy@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll review your case and assist you promptly.
